If you signed up for Stingray Qello through Roku, Apple or Android and would like to change your billing method, you will first need to cancel your existing account.
After you subscription has been cancelled, you can re-subscribe directly through Stingray Qello’s website, by following the steps:
- Log into your account on Stingray Qello’s website at https://qello.com/
- Go to 'Settings' and from the ‘My Plan’ section select ‘Get All-Access Now’
- In the menu that comes up select a plan you prefer (monthly or annual), the payment method you prefer, and fill in your payment information.
