Please check your iTunes account settings to see if Apple successfully received your Qello All-Access subscription request. If Qello is not listed in your iTunes account's Subscriptions, then please try subscribing to Qello again.

If iTunes does show a Qello subscription listed in your iTunes account, then run the Qello app again on Apple TV or your iOS device. Go to the Settings screen (accessible from Qello's main menu) and tap the "Restore Purchase" button to update your Qello account with your iTunes subscription status. If the Restore process completes its verification successfully, then your Qello account should be updated to All-Access.

No, you only need to purchase one Qello All-Access Pass subscription, which is tied to your Qello account. You can use your Qello account to log into any of Qello's supported platforms. So if you subscribed to Qello on your iPhone, you can also enjoy Qello on Apple TV and your iPad using your same Qello account.
